Paris' birthday was approaching and he could not fail but notice all the--interesting--decorations around town. It seemed his birthday coincided with some festival. He would have to ask Aaron about it when the angel arrived.

For now Paris waited for Aaron with a small smile as he slowly sipped the delicious hot cider.

Aaron was having a good time at the fair. He'd been to a couple of them growing up, but it was nice to not have to think about whether he'd have to choose a sno-cone or cotton candy (and possibly try to steal the other).

Sure, the ferris wheel wasn't that big a deal when you could fly, but it was basically a mood thing - and he was in a good mood.
